“Aww what a lovely name!” You said to yourself, clasping your hands together in happiness. Other children watched your favoritism and began to shuffle idly as they sat around the young spaniel. “Why not tell us a little bit about yourself then Greyson!” before you could finish the young lad began to yip in excitement. His frail body shook like a chiwawa, and the shaggy brown fur hanging in front of his half-hidden eyes seemed to glisten with excitement as he gazed up at you.
Something about the young kid seemed off, the way his tiny body weight seemed apt to give out any moment now, his skinny frame was burning as much energy as it had just to be excited in your presence. It didn’t seem to bother you that much, considering most pups don’t put on much weight until later on in childhood; these children seemed no older than toddlers. Despite the child lacking slight coordination, you thought to yourself,
“What child has the motor skills of a painter anyway.” you reassured yourself, remembering every other time young pups stumbled over themselves adorably in those videos you’d spend your childhood watching. Regardless of that, young Greyson seemed perfectly fine to you otherwise, so why bother finding an issue in something typical.
