As a litrpg novel it is good in that the goal is not to make the number bigger. Transformation wise however their is not a lot to recommend
The main character is turned into a crystal like human shape. This has very little effect on the plot.
Their are a couple of sex scenes but they are part of the plot and not forced. They are easily skippable without detracting from the plot
