Baking
Before today, you were mostly ordering food instead of making your own. You had some cash to spare, so you felt that this was the better option. And besides, the food you ordered tasted good.
Right now, you had to make your own. You opened a few more drawers, grabbing some bowls. Then, you opened the fridge, grabbing butter from it.
“Hm, a cake… might be nice. I think I can make one.”
If you managed to grab hold of things better now. Because, as it stood, you still had some issue with holding stuff. But damn it! You were going to bake something.
You sighed. Part of you was frustrated, but another enjoyed the challenge. You had all the ingredients spread neatly around a long table in the middle of the kitchen.
“Now I just need to mix them…”
This would take some time. It would take some effort. And you were more than willing to put in that effort.
Half an hour later and your chest was full of flour. But at least the first part was done. Namely, the cake batter. You saw it in a bowl, with that rich and creamy chocolate batter.
You could smell it, that adorable scent. It was… lovely, to say the least. Now you had to put it in another bowl, and then cook it. Which, surprisingly, wasn’t difficult.
In fact, you managed to dump the batter with a surprisingly quickness. Even you were dumbstruck by how easy this was. Maybe you had finally gotten used to the whole hoof thing.
Without taking a lot of time, you managed to put the bowl inside the stove, and so, you turned on the heat.
…Waiting for the food to cook would take a lot of time. Time that you could use to clean up the dishes.
