there is a nearby shop you could go in,
or you could do something else.

You look around...
You get up and look around. You see a man in a half cloak, smoking cigarettes. He sighs and points up. There is a sign there. You see words pointing in each direction...
One says tiger...
One says bear...
One says lion...
One says 'Oh my!'...
One says shark...
One says lizard...
One says dog...
One says ???...
One says 'To Laboratory'...
And one says 'Your home'...
So... Which way?

To the lab! duh duh duh duh duh duh duh duh BATMAN!!!!
You take one step into the way of the lab, and are instantly pulled into a small white hallway. You see two large dobermans at the far end, and they are coming for you. You panic, and jump into a small room beside you, slamming the door in their faces.
You look around. There is a window that can be broken, and you can see sunlight coming through it. There are small machines with dog heads on them that looks like dog food. You do feel kinda hungry, though... And of course the banging of the two killer dogs behind you means you don't have long before they bust in...

You are going to die!
You take a breathe and kick down the door. You cover your eyes and scream as you prepare for the good mauling you are about to get...
But they don't come!!!
You open your eyes to see that you are in a large white room, with a scanner camera over you, scanning you with a green light.
'Scanning... Scan complete. Animal- Human. Transformation- Deer. Processing... Changing Environment...' The white room suddenly becomes a forest, dense and cool.
"What the- ! You lose speech as you are thrown to the ground, and the scanner shoots you with some kind of dart. "Huh?" You see the dart fall out as you shift quickly - and painfully - into a deer. You glance around, barely able to walk on your new hooves, and then bound around the enclosed habitat, looking for an escape...
Within a hour, the scanner speaks again. 'Animal- Deer. Transformation- Human. Processing...'
In a flash, you are human again. YOu sigh, but then realize the room is filling with water. You struggle to breathe as you hear, 'Animal- Human. Transformation- Sea Turtle. Commencing...'
With another shot, you float lazily in the pool, struggling to pull out of your shell as a giant turtle.
In the next days, you have been transformed at least a hundred times, with no repeats. You have become many things: Deer, horses, octopus, shark, snake, manatee, bat, dog, leopard, cheetah, gorilla, cow, and even a dragon. And you don't even know how many are left in this wacky experiment.
Finally, a week later, you collapse to the floor as a human again, and the scanner stops. 'Subject tired. Week halt in experiment. Checking data... Animal Kingdoms- Mammal, REptile, Amphibian, Fish, Complete. Left- Insect, Arachnid, Bird, Cellular, Plant, Mythical, Experiments, Incomplete. Continue testing in a week.'
The lights shut out as you cower in fear. You know what comes next... To think you will become spiders and bugs... even plants...
You wish you were that turtle again, able to pull yourself into your shell!
Unfortunately, the experiment decides to repeat the whole process three times afterwards...
