You are standing by a tree star star star emptystar emptystar

There are 3 paths.

One appears to go to a jungle,
one appears to go to a cave,
one appears to go to a beach,
you could try and climb the tree,
there is a nearby shop you could go in,
or you could do something else.

So what's its going to be?

You sit under the tree.

Suddenly...

See? Keep moving or you get tranked. That's how the game is played. star star star halfstar emptystar

Your relaxing moment under the tree is rudely interrupted by an abrupt transformation. You are hit by a tranquilizer dart, which turns you into a person with a tranquilizer dart stuck in their neck. It's an easy change. Of course, your train of thought gets about as far as "Oh good heavens, a dart of some kind. I'd betteeerrgmphqq," at which point the dart takes effect, and you slump under the tree like a drugged-up rag doll. A half-hearted twitch is all the moving you do for quite some time. Eventually, you wake up. When you do, you are...

The Institute star star halfstar emptystar emptystar

Whatever was in the tranquilizer, it's not very eager to wear off. In the vague fog between awake and asleep, you learn that you are in a sitting position, in a mildly comfortable chair, and there is a nice-sounding voice welcoming you to the Transformational Institute.

Your mind clears. You are in what appears to be some sort of lobbey. The walls are covered with mirror tiles (probably one-way mirrors hiding cameras, you note), as are the ceiling and floor. There is also a plain white desk, with an attractive woman in a labcoat sitting behind it.

On the wall behind her you see an elevator, and a frightening-looking black double door marked "Main Lab." On the wall to your right, there is a far friendlier door with a smiley face on it and a large orange "Welcome" painted on it. The woman in the labcoat smiles at you.

"Just pick a door and you'll be on your way."

So, which door do you pick?

Feeling brave, you pass through the imposing double doors and find yourself in a seemingly endless hallway. On either side are doors. The door behind you is locked, so your only option is to pick a new door. Where do you go from here?

Supersoldiers! star star halfstar emptystar emptystar

You enter the Supersoldier Lab and find yourself in an enormous hallway lined floor to ceiling with glowing blue cylinders. The glow doesn't provide much light, but you can make out vaguely humanoid forms but they don't look at all humans.

They're more like...monsters. At the end of the hallway you can see another door. You consider going through, but you want to find out what's in those capsules first. Should you go through the other door, or keep poking around here?

Through the Door star star star star emptystar

You approach the door and open it, finding it heavier than you expected. You step into a short, poorly lit hallway. On the other side is another door. The other two walls, as well as the floor and ceiling, are covered in vents. As you take this in, the door behind you slams shut, and you hear the squelch of an airtight seal. You try to force it back open, but to no avail. The opposite door is locked also. You hear a hissing noise, as the vents begin to billow a strange white gas. The smell is sickening, yet oddly enticing. As the plumes engulf your body, you drift into a deep, deep sleep...

You snap back to consciousness quickly, feeling quite out of sorts, and with no idea how much time has passed. You're lying on cold metal, and when you try to sit up, you find yourself immobile. Then, your eyes focus, and you see yourself in a mirror on the ceiling. The sight is unpleasant. Your clothes are gone, and you're lying on a steel contraption that resembles an operating table. Your wrists, ankles, chest, waist, and head are bound in what appeal to be bands of steel, although they fit you perfectly, as though the entire table had been made especially for you.

This seems unlikely, although your whole adventure has been made up of events you'd consider unlikely. You're also now female. Apparently a lot can happen in a drugged sleep.

You struggle against your bonds, which only serves to draw the attention of the two other people in the room, a frightening man in a lab coat and a younger man who you assume is some sort of assistant.

"Ah, good," the scientist says, "you're awake. We can begin. You have been given the honor of joining the ranks of the supersoldiers, an elite army of living weapons made from genetically manipulated humans."

"What?" you exclaim, "Who on Earth uses supersoldiers?"

"Oh, no one on EARTH." The scientist chuckles to himself, but you find none of this funny. You don't like the idea of being made into a "living weapon." Not that you have a choice, of course. "Lackey!"

Lackey mutters under his breath, "Charles. My name is Charles and you know that," then says in an audible tone, "Yes sir?"

The scientist either didn't hear Charles' first comment or doesn't care, and simply says, "Hand me serum number...

Test Serum star star star emptystar emptystar

The assistant looks up shocked "you mean the one that hasn't been tested?"

The scientist rolls his eyes. "Yes that one, and don't ask questions just give it to me!"

The assistant hands the serum the scientist. He grabs a large needle and puts it in the serum. A greenish blue liquid fills the needle. The scientist does that thing to remove the air from the serum getting some on the floor. The stuff on the floor almost immediately turns gray. "This shouldn't hurt, unless you struggle. "

The scientist walks over and sticks the needle in your neck. Due to you being a wimp when it comes to pain you try to sit as still as possible.

The scientist pulls out a clipboard; "now this serum should brake down your molecular structure allowing you to shape shift" the assistant brings over some sort of handcuffs that looked like they came out of a sci-fi movie.
They where made of some sort of blue energy thing. "These cuffs should stop you from escaping after shape shifting."

You find it hard to believe that the serum worked because you didn't even feel a tingle, let alone any pain. The assistant garbed your arm after releasing the things that bound you to the table. He put the cuffs on and led you to a cell. "You’ll stay here, oh and don't even think about trying to escape. The cuffs make it imposable to get pass these bars. While your here I suggest you practice the new ability, not like there is anything else to do here " he then closes the cell and walks away.

You sit in the corner wondering how you’re going to get out of here, suddenly you feel strange. You feel your bones cracking and your muscles shifting. You’re transforming? Into what?
