This is one of the books where I am conflicted rating. The writing and story is good. The mechanics of the transformation is also good. But the actual change is minor
Yes we see the instincts affecting the character but the only change is to a single arm.
Overall I think I am giving this a 3 and that is only because the main character does not fully transform
