It took a long while to get into the action and I was about ready to give up on it. I also lost track of many characters.
For the super powers many characters seemed to gain powers as the plot demanded them
Transformation wise , it was ok. Many transformations, some description but I think plot wise, they are mostly something that happens.
Overall the story has a slow start that is somewhat counted by the last part. I think if it had some more editing it could be better
