The story is the same as Beauty and the Beast which they admit in the blurb.
I am conflicted in rating this. By one rule, unable to finish the book it should be a 0. However it does have some talk about the mental effects of the transformation so it should get some points from that.
It might get better later on but I eventually gave up so this review is only up to the place where I read.
I think the main problem is I could not like the charcters. The beast does not seem to move past the change. The beauty while I like her decisons are what drives most of the plot the interactions between her and the beast seem =to be lacking something.
Overall this is definatly a book that is going on the non recomended list
