Some transformation, (mostly body shop and some minor shapeshifting). No real details for the shapeshifting. The second part is where the body swap gets most attention.
Story wise, their is some interesting ideas. Individual plots do get some conclusion, but no real conclusion to the overall story
I think both sides of the big war have their bad sides. One against the individual and the other against the whole.
