You lay back down on the table drifting back off to sleep before you start to dream.

 

In your dream you are back on the island. You hide under a bush and watch as a human approaches you from the beach.

 

Soon he is right in front of you, and you pounce.

 

He takes a step back and you miss.

 

The chase is on.

 

He gets to the beach and stumbles.

 

That is all you need and this time your pounce is successful.

 

You wake up in a gasp, The operating room is gone. You are in the jungle, this time in real life.

 

The more shocking thing though is the reflection in the stream in front of you. Instead of a human face starting back at you, it is a tiger.
