You see a costume with horse legs and a tail that looks like a cross between a horse leg and a fish tail.

 

You place your legs in the costume legs. The moment you get the costume up to your waist it latches on.

 

Your legs then reshape to fit the costume and with a sharp pain you behind flows into the tail.

 

Now you are a hippocampus-taur
