In a room
The sign reads
"Welcome all new travellers.
To continue you must go through a series of doors.
After going through you will pick a costume. You will then become a half- human and half that creature.
After a week(100 mins a hour,20 hrs a day,10 days a week) has passed you may morph and get another costume. To start of with you will only be able to become 40% human to 60% human.
If you put on a costume you will then become that creature, be teleported to it's home town and have to wait a week before being able to morph.
After 50 costumes you may change into one of your other costumes and become 30% to 70% human. When changing costumes you must wait at least an hour before you can change costumes again.
100 different species/gender costumes allows you to gender-morph and become 20% to 80% human
200 different species costumes allows you to combine costumes and become 10% to 90% human
400 different species costumes allows you to return to your world with no more morphing
And 800 different species costumes makes a polymorph and allows you to morph outside of this world.
Also if you have a costume like a centaur then the human part will always be human and is counted towards the human percentage.
Any gender/species transformation magic of yours can only change your gender(if you have at least 100 costumes) and the animal part to a different animal.
When you change into a different costume (that you already have) you may teleport to that species home town but you will have the week penalty where you have no costume changes.
If you die while wearing a costume you will be reborn at the local inn (or appropriate location ). If you have more then 100 costumes you will lose the costume you had when you died and go to an appropriate place for your next costume.
If you fail to make it out in 100 years(100 weeks in a year) one of your possible forms will be chosen and you will be permanently stuck in that form(apart from magic) until you die. Also there will be no possibility of going back to your world.
Also, one final note: should you take a female form and become pregnant, you won't be able to change your gender until the child is born, though the other aspects of your form may change (the child will change to match.) That is all, and good luck!
You realise that you have to do what the sign said to do and go through the doors and grab a costume.
Alternatively you could use the key system to determine the room

Water Creatures
You find yourself in what appears to be a glass room deep in the ocean.
The stairs are blocked by a force field.
You realise you have to go through one of the three dark blue doors numbed 1,2 & 3.
What door do you want?
Written by Catprog on 11 February 2004

You go through the door.
All of a sudden it slams shut and with no handle on this side it appears that you are stuck.

Sinking Fast
You find yourself in an abandoned room; there is nothing of interest around you other than what looks like a deflated shark laying on the ground. You walk up to it, wondering what this could have possibly been used for, running your hands over the sandpaper texture of the dorsal fin. You quickly realize that it's not actually a shark skin, but a realistic costume of one.
Out of curiosity, you begin to put it on, but as you pull the shark's 'head' over your own, you begin to feel a tightening sensation all over your body, as if the costume had suddenly begun to shrink around you. You begin to panic, the panic only worsening as you feel the costume tighten over your body, and you try to cry out, but as you open your mouth, it begins to widen, and you can feel more teeth filing in as it continues to extend.
You know this must look comical to anyone that may have been watching you, but your mind is quickly dissolving, adapting the brain of a shark rather than that of a human's. Your last cohesive thought was that you were never going to do this again, before your instincts completely took over.
The need to breathe was growing, and you reach a hand, which you notice has now partially become a fin, up to your neck, and feel slits along the side of it. You now have gills instead of lungs, as you can feel the organs in your body realigning themselves.
Your death throws were just beginning as you flopped across the ground, as if searching for water, until the ground opened beneath you, and you fell through into a large pool of water below. Your body has still not fully become that of a shark's, but your gills appreciate the feeling of water washing over them, dragging oxygen from the passing h2o.
As soon as you are in the water, you pause, hoping to get your bearings straightened out, but as soon as you pause, the feeling of 'breathing' was gone, you realize you must keep moving in order for your gills to process the oxygen. You kick your rapidly transforming legs until you can no longer move them separate them, and then instinct takes over, and your new tail slashes through the water, propelling you forward much more efficiently than your legs had been able to do before, and you feel a sense of 'pride' at the accomplishment.
Though your mind is now that of a shark's you can still feel flashes of human emotion, quickly tamped down again by your new-found existence. The emotions are mere ghosts, as if they are the last of their kind. You almost try to blink one last time and discover that you no longer have eyelids.
Your thoughts dissipate as you quickly realize that feel a deep seated need to feed; your nose is powerful, you drag in a a snout-full of air, looking for something, anything to fill your stomach with. At first there is nothing, the water seems clean. You realize you haven't seen any other living creatures since you dropped in; they must have been scared away by your own scent.
You long body whips back and forth as you swim through the water, your maw opening to taste the water to see if any creatures have been here recently. The smell of blood, however, attracts your attention; it is a faint scent, seemingly a long way away, but still strong enough that you cannot deviate from the path of finding the source of the smell.
It seems to take a long amount of time for the scent to become more locatable, but as you draw near, you realize that the chase was for naught; whatever had created the scent seemed to have fled, or had been eaten by another creature. A small flash of emotion, disappointment or anger, flashes through yor mind as you change direction again, back to your never ending search for food.
Again you scent blood, this time it is far closer than it was before, although the direction had shifted quite a bit. Your body twists towards the direction the scent came from and you heft yourself towards it at speeds you didn't know you could reach. Your jaws spread slightly as you anticipate your kill.
You aren't sure what you are chasing, but something told you it was something that you desperately craved, and the closer you got, the more frenzied your mind became. You detect splashing, like an animal in distress, and instantly your instincts fully take over as you propel yourself forward faster.
You see before you a wounded seal, part of its body appears to have teeth marks in it, but in your frenzied state, this is the last thing on your mind, and you glide forward to seal the creature's fate. As you swim past, you nip at it, a test bite to see if the creature is worth the valuable energy you will spend killing it. The taste of the blood brings your euphoria to an even higher level. This is what you wanted, yes.
You speed up as you fishtail around, this time going in for the killing blow, aiming towards the seal's neck, where you know the most blood will flow, as your prey quickly begins to spasm, you begin ripping the flesh form its bones, devouring your meal within a few quick minutes, wary of other sharks being in the area. The scent of blood could have attracted many others, but as the minutes drag on, you notice no one and begin getting complacent once more.
Just as you begin to settle, it's as if you feel that there is something wrong, and you pull in water, trying to scent if there was something coming, but it was too late, whatever it was, it had already found you.
