In a room
The sign reads
"Welcome all new travellers.
To continue you must go through a series of doors.
After going through you will pick a costume. You will then become a half- human and half that creature.
After a week(100 mins a hour,20 hrs a day,10 days a week) has passed you may morph and get another costume. To start of with you will only be able to become 40% human to 60% human.
If you put on a costume you will then become that creature, be teleported to it's home town and have to wait a week before being able to morph.
After 50 costumes you may change into one of your other costumes and become 30% to 70% human. When changing costumes you must wait at least an hour before you can change costumes again.
100 different species/gender costumes allows you to gender-morph and become 20% to 80% human
200 different species costumes allows you to combine costumes and become 10% to 90% human
400 different species costumes allows you to return to your world with no more morphing
And 800 different species costumes makes a polymorph and allows you to morph outside of this world.
Also if you have a costume like a centaur then the human part will always be human and is counted towards the human percentage.
Any gender/species transformation magic of yours can only change your gender(if you have at least 100 costumes) and the animal part to a different animal.
When you change into a different costume (that you already have) you may teleport to that species home town but you will have the week penalty where you have no costume changes.
If you die while wearing a costume you will be reborn at the local inn (or appropriate location ). If you have more then 100 costumes you will lose the costume you had when you died and go to an appropriate place for your next costume.
If you fail to make it out in 100 years(100 weeks in a year) one of your possible forms will be chosen and you will be permanently stuck in that form(apart from magic) until you die. Also there will be no possibility of going back to your world.
Also, one final note: should you take a female form and become pregnant, you won't be able to change your gender until the child is born, though the other aspects of your form may change (the child will change to match.) That is all, and good luck!
You realise that you have to do what the sign said to do and go through the doors and grab a costume.
Alternatively you could use the key system to determine the room

Centaur
You slide your legs into the front spaces of the suit, its cylindrical shape slid around your limbs with ease as you wriggled the material taut around your body. You continued pulling the cloth up your leg, unbunching the fabric as you worked your way farther into the costume.
You begin to feel your legs moulding to the tightening shape of the fabric, your hands begin to claw frantically at the tight skins as they wrap themselves around your legs. The thick furs were unaffected by your attempts to get them off; the tingling was surging through your limbs as you felt the transformation spreading through your body. The sleeves of the outfit began to hug tightly around your muscles, almost expanding them slightly as the elastic fabric moulded to your shaking frame. Tingling spread throughout your flesh as if every coarse hair of the costume were penetrating every follicle lining your flesh.
Knees ached as they stretched and morphed to accommodate for the equine anatomy, an uncomfortable stretching traveled up your legs in pulsating waves, causing you to barely stand in your private corner. You lean on the top of the chair in front of you, to your surprise, the chair had appeared much shorter, a bend forming in your waist as your legs almost seemed to stretch with every moment.
The ends of the costume had hardened and connected to your feet, as if they were hoofed keratin shoes cupping your feet. This jarred you, causing you to jump slightly, once again in unison with an even larger bump from the rocky hillside roads. The shock of feeling your backside almost twice as heavy as usual had surprised you caused you to stand once again, figuring you had just sat on the rest of the costume. Oddly enough, you raised your new hind legs, supporting your weight with two extra limbs. They just now began to feel less numb as you stretched them out awkwardly for the first time.
You feel your body hit the ground hard on your side, your new muscles almost cushioned your impact as you slowly begin to lose consciousness, the black dots in your vision begin to swell the edges of your sight. The last thing you remember is a mysterious deep laughing in the back of your mind, a darkness took over your vision, as your body felt weightless for a moment.

Underworld
Sharp jagged stalactites of all sizes hung from an infinite ceiling, while stalagmites below them crept with skinny veiny fingers the rest of the way up to meet them. The smell of sulfur and ash filled your nostrils, causing you to bellow as the fear and anxiety began to grip you once more. Jumping to your feet suddenly, the weight of the realization of your transformation hits you like a train. Your appearance had resembled a horse-headed centaur; your eyes crossed to see the thick muzzle sticking out from the center of your face. The thin fur which covered your entire body felt coarse to the touch as you ran your fingertips along your sleeves, and down your stomach, examining your new and muscular frame. Further down your eyes trailed to your waistline, leading down to a pair of lean legs. Knobby knees connected your modified leg joints to resemble that of horse forelegs. In surprise, you do a quick turn. Your hooves scraped audibly against the hard bedrock beneath you. You stumbled uncoordinated in a tight circle to view your muscular posterior. Your neck was adorned with a long pure white mane.
The knobby joints of your back legs stuck tight to your skin as you examined the veins pushing out hard around your bones.
The long hairs on your tail whipped gently against your flank as you took your first steps forward, leading into a trot, then a hardy cantor, before breaking out into a full trot, your hooves flying skillfully over the dark land. You could feel your hardened feet rip up roots, break apart stones, and trample twigs, as you walked towards a towering structure, which almost seemed to appear in front of you.
“Was that there before?” You remark to yourself, recalling your spin from earlier. The idea made you nervous, but you knew that you needed to ask someone of your whereabouts.
As you creep closer to the tower above you, you spotted the black gilded double doors, split down the middle with a beautiful pale yellow-gold hue; unsaturated and flaking from the wooden frame as the centuries weathered its structural integrity. A headpiece jutted far from the center of both thick wooden door panel, resembling a muscular young bull, a nose ring adorned its face, acting as st the edge of the deserted clearing. The fear overtook your body sent your equine legs carrying you clumsily through the overgrown brush. Though you have ran for hours, it feels as if you would never get anything, but something had compelled you to continue running. You had never stopped running, the curse of the underworld had completely overtaken your mind the moment you turned away from the Hades’s door. Ultimately, your decision had sealed the deal, proving you didn’t have what it took to win this game. an opulent knocker for the immaculate front door.
Your fingers danced across the deep crevices in the wood, following the intricate patterns all the way to the knocker, before wrapping your hand sturdily around the cold round steel. One, two, three, knocks ring out into the void, before you give it a moment, waiting patiently once more for what’s to come.
Suddenly, a loud bang rang out for miles across the vast expanse. The heavy wooden door was flung in an instant by a strong gust of wind from within the building, nearly knocking the doors from their hinges.

Wait
Two young looking men step forward, one much taller than the other, matching your height, yet still appearing human. The two of them exited the door, extending their hands, the shorter one spoke to you, his rugged beard and spiky hair stood out to you the most, as he began to project with his gruff creaky voice.
“Congratulations, you’ve been picked to play the game” He says to you, approaching you with outstretched arms in a greeting. “So this guy’s gonna train you okay? Then you’re going to do a thing for me, I do a thing for you, then we all can get what we want! Is that clear?”
“Uhh” you hesitate with your response.
“Great, I’ll leave you to it. Be seeing you on the big day, enjoy each other in the meantime! You have two weeks to prepare.” You stared at the taller young man, baffled and unable to respond to what you were getting. The two of you exchange glances before he parts his plump lips to speak to you. A more gentle voice rang out to you.
“Don’t worry about him, I’ll get you ready in no time.” You still are at a loss for words, pondering what you’ve gotten yourself into. As you approached him, looking closer at his tall slender figure, you realize that he’s not human, but a centaur just like yourself. Suddenly you don’t feel as alone in this world. You tilt your head slightly to the side and notice that his muscular upper body is attached by the small of his back to the spot where a horse’s head would typically be. The two of you shuffled on your hooves, causing an audible clopping sound that seemed to add a spring in Hades’ step as he walked from between the two of you.
Your take a moment to bring in the view before you. From the front, his appearance was completely of a man. His entire body stretched down all the way to his legs, hairless in appearance, and ending in skin-covered human feet. Though when you look around his body for a better view, to your surprise, his back end was completely that of a horse. The stark contrast from your appearance startled you; regardless of your similar frame, this person somehow felt more ‘human’ than you at this point.
“Everyone who comes here has to go through initiations… It’s for us to know who stays and who… well” His voice was gentle and low as it trailed off, along with his attention. “You should be fine though! You have me to train you anyway.” his tone sounded much happier as he met your gaze once again. His beautiful blue eyes almost made you blush as his eyes met yours.
“Training?” You question, confused about the entire situation. With wide eyes you questioned his intent with your expression alone. He laughs before silently leading you through a large pair of double doors at the back of the house. You two step through to see an immense coliseum, the sandy tan ground was broken up and rugged from past battles there. “Oh my god..” You quietly say to yourself, eyes glistening at the sheer size of the bowl you stood in.

Train
fter several days of rigorous training, you had already begun to feel your body bulking up with more muscle; more than you could even have imagined, already having impressed yourself with the density of muscle you had developed alone from the transformation. Chiron had worked you day in and out, forcing you to march up endless stairs, run for miles on end, perform numerous exercises targeting specific muscle groups, the works.
The close vicinity you two had worked in almost seemed to draw the two of you closer, as you both strived for your common goals. Chiron knew that Hades had chosen him specifically for this purpose, therefore he trained you with more passion than any other previous student he had encountered.
Every day had been calculated and moderated by Chiron himself, beginning with a several mile run as the sun rose, followed by lectures about various battle techniques, history, as well as studies behind the monsters I’d be facing in the colosseum, before another long set of time for even more physical training.
On the day before your tournament, you had spent your last day relaxing with your trainer, resting your body, and making sure you were in top health by the time you were to be placed in the ring.
“I hope you do well out there.” The wise man says to you, his long flowing hair covered his face in thick greasy curls.

Harpy
The announcer called out with a booming voice. He spoke of the type of creature you had to go up against. Knowing you were up next only made your excitement build up even more, yearning to make your teacher proud as he watched from the sidelines.
You had felt confident that you could take whatever could have been thrown at you, as you were supplied by Hades himself, the best possible teacher you could have worked with.
“And now we bring out the equine and the Harpy! Halfling versus halfling, what a show we’re to have today!” The booming sound of the crowd cheering started once again as the doors began to slowly rise, illuminating the dark hallway you stood by, in preparation for your battle. You braced yourself, running through the threshold as you clutched your gear. You looked upward to see a feathered creature careening towards you from far above.
Their wild hair whipped through the air behind them, in a deep nosedive directly towards you.
A hideous woman-like creature, with a bony feathered protruding spine trailing down her back. Her forearms stretched and twisted into broad wings spread wide, riding the wind, and almost upon you. With calm focus you grip the handle of your sword, drawing it high above your head just moments before the creature came in to attack you.
“Wow that was almost my head.” You say to youreself, as you turn to watch the Harpy laughing, spinning around in the air to face you once more, and staring you down with piercing rage. Coming in fast, the harpie spread her talons towards you once again, the sharp turns she made through the sky in your direction guide her with even more speed from the sky above. You prepare yourself for another attack as she comes within meters from you. With all your might, you strike with your sword, hard and true. What do you do?

Stike Up
She was upon you fast, yet not fast enough this time, you had barrel rolled to the right, faking her out as she swooped low to the ground. This caused her rustling feathers to just barely graze past your fur as the loose dirt slid underneath your hooves. On one knee, you catch yourself, standing strong against your opponent, facing off directly against her.
The slender harpie stood on the ground just in front of you, turning her nimble body around quickly to face you, her teeth reared back in a terrefying snarl. Her jagged blackened teeth showed through receeded gums; it struck fear through your soul, though an image of Chiron flashed in your mind, giving you the strength to overcome this fear.
The monster hissed and slashed at the air in front of her to intimidate you as you rise to your feet, before closing in on your opponent in a powerful full-force charge. Your hooves beat heavily against the ground like thunder as you close in, ten meters, five, three, then one. Finally you strike with your sword, slashing just above her head, just slow enough for her to duck and avoid your blow. You watch the thin hairs of hear feathers floating through the air; remnants of what you had sliced from her body. You smirk.
In an instant you unleash a fury of attacks in her direction, striking at her small frame with both hands holding your heavy sword. Your muscles burn as you weild the heavy weapon, swaying it left to right as if you were chopping through vines.
The thick steel of your sword was raised high, faking her out from one side, yet striking from the other, causing her to fly directly through your blade.
The crowd screams as they watch the monster’s blood squirt onto the dusty ground in a long splash.
You knew what it meant to win, you could go back home, though after your short amount of time here, you figured there would be something missing. After having cultivated such an efficient routine and reputation, you had no reason to not remain. You were a celebrity now after all, and with Chiron by your side, you felt as if you could conquer the world. Thinking about the time you two shared almost seemed to take you out of the present; you could barely even hear the crowd’s roar, his voice ringing in the back of your head.
Hades approached you, handing you the mythical three headed wildcard transformation costume, for you to finally be transported out of the underworld, and on to the next adventure. 58His pale hands reached out to you, handing you the loose fabric. Its fur felt smooth and cool to your touch, you enjoyed the delicate yet durable design of the fur, feeling almost natural as the folded mass sat atop your outstretched hands.
You nod gratefully at the god, shooting him a smile as you begin to hold the costume close to your body. You can already feel the energy flowing through every thread of its being. The anticipation gripped your stomach like sharp talons as you stared gratefully at Hades's dark face. A deep sense of gratitude spread throughout your body at this man for granting you the new life you have the choice of living.
