In a room
The sign reads
"Welcome all new travellers.
To continue you must go through a series of doors.
After going through you will pick a costume. You will then become a half- human and half that creature.
After a week(100 mins a hour,20 hrs a day,10 days a week) has passed you may morph and get another costume. To start of with you will only be able to become 40% human to 60% human.
If you put on a costume you will then become that creature, be teleported to it's home town and have to wait a week before being able to morph.
After 50 costumes you may change into one of your other costumes and become 30% to 70% human. When changing costumes you must wait at least an hour before you can change costumes again.
100 different species/gender costumes allows you to gender-morph and become 20% to 80% human
200 different species costumes allows you to combine costumes and become 10% to 90% human
400 different species costumes allows you to return to your world with no more morphing
And 800 different species costumes makes a polymorph and allows you to morph outside of this world.
Also if you have a costume like a centaur then the human part will always be human and is counted towards the human percentage.
Any gender/species transformation magic of yours can only change your gender(if you have at least 100 costumes) and the animal part to a different animal.
When you change into a different costume (that you already have) you may teleport to that species home town but you will have the week penalty where you have no costume changes.
If you die while wearing a costume you will be reborn at the local inn (or appropriate location ). If you have more then 100 costumes you will lose the costume you had when you died and go to an appropriate place for your next costume.
If you fail to make it out in 100 years(100 weeks in a year) one of your possible forms will be chosen and you will be permanently stuck in that form(apart from magic) until you die. Also there will be no possibility of going back to your world.
Also, one final note: should you take a female form and become pregnant, you won't be able to change your gender until the child is born, though the other aspects of your form may change (the child will change to match.) That is all, and good luck!
You realise that you have to do what the sign said to do and go through the doors and grab a costume.
Alternatively you could use the key system to determine the room

Sphinx Cat
Upon walking for quite a while, you find yourself in what appears to be an untouched tomb; a small room with various colored and symbolic carvings directly into the wall. The floors were lined with beautifully painted jars, gold, shell jewelry, items that appeared foreign- imported. You figure that this was the resting place of someone once really important. In an instant you remembered what you had truly come here for.
You begin to rummage through your rucksack, reaching deep into its main pocket, and directly to the bottom. A thin, wrinkly skin passed over your fingertips, and a shiver traveled down your spine. Eager hands grasped against the loose folds of skin-like cloth bundled up in your bag. A wide smile carves itself across your face as you gazed down into your bag excitedly.
From the bag, you removed a skin tight latex-like suit, roughly your size, laid it on the smooth stone surface of the sarcophagus and spread it out thin to get a good look at it. Your face shone with happiness as you saw your new outfit for the first time. You slowly slipped on the suit in the quiet depths of the tomb, pulling the loose folds tightly against your skin. Your body almost seemed to melt into the suit as you slipped your limbs directly through the bunched materials.
You could feel the suits smooth cool material chilling your sweltering body as your shape unfurled the bunched up cloth. The strong reinforced stitches felt secure against your body, yet they were completely hidden from eyesight with the expert level of craftsmanship put into the piece. Your eyes giddily examined the unfurrowing patches of pigmented skin, the deep hairless folds, and the smooth- almost glistening- stretches of this mysterious material.
The suit begins to mould itself to the curves of your body. Your skin pulled downward heavily with the help of gravity, as deep wrinkles carved their way through your forehead like a deep canyon across your brow. The hairs on your head clumped together and fell off before your eyes. In shock you stepped back and your body fell backwards with a heavy thud against the decorated wall, knocking over the terracotta.
The ground felt hard and cold against your back as you hit the smooth stone surface with a dull thud. Images all around you appeared blurry as your double vision nearly distracted you from the shadowy movement from the corner. You quickly try to recatch your bearings as the transformation completely rips you apart, rearranging your body accordingly. An expression of agony grows on your face as you begin to feel the force of the transformation begin to mould the shape of your body.
Your spine begins to elongate into a twisting and writhing tail; slender and dexterous, your body struggles to control your new appendage. Every inch of your body, down to your cranium begins to morph, stretching the bridge of your nose and jaw farther out; sharp canines began to poke through thick feline lips. Cartilage begins to grow beneath your head, binding it tightly to strong thin muscles beneath your skin as they jutted out through the sides of your head.
You begin to feel your skeleton stretch and reset itself; your forearms pulled tightly against your own skin as it struggled to merge with the much looser folds from the suit. The energy surging through the suit pulsated: breathing itself to life around your body, consuming you.
The dark shadowy depths of the sealed room now appeared more illuminated. Cat eyes looked around with their large glistening begins to change as your pupils widen into slits, taking in every bit of light filtering into the dark tomb. The senses around you begin to shift, your ears swivel to hear the sound of rushing grains into a silo. In the heat of the moment you feel confused, along with the adrenaline of the transformation.
The room around you began to shake, falling rocks began to crumble and land all around you, just barely grazing parts of your fur as they crash down onto the hard tile ground. You jump as the destructive forces just barely miss you. Darkness all around the room engulfs you as the lights are snuffed out by the sand filling into the dark cavernous walls, the entrance of the cavern is completely sealed off, trapping you in the dark ancient tomb. Sand started to pour in from somewhere above, which quickly began to fill the room with sand.
Fear begins to fill your stomach as you attempt to regain your mental bearings. The sensory all around you becomes overwhelming; you blink your eyes in stress and look around, realizing your eyes can now see through the deep murky darkness of the cavernous tomb. The moonlight filtered in through the high rooftops of the tomb from which the sand and rubble poured in from.
A deep rumbling could be heard all around you, the ground beneath your feet feels like pistons as they rise and fall randomly underneath your feet, now completely engulfed with the pale skin of the suit. Your newfound strength and energy drove you t
In an instant you look to the skinny digits at the end of your wrinkly paws, your eyes focus in on the slits of claws buried between two thick wrinkles at the tips of your fingers. A rush of instinct flowed over you, the transformation still pumping the adrenaline deep through your veins as your will to survive increased.
The sharp keratin claws helped you scrabble upwards towards the skylight in the booby trapped tomb, with cat-like strength and agility, your muscles continued to grow and pulsate underneath your skin as your body lunged itself upwards and out of the deep walls of the tomb. Your long athletic arms propped your slender body firmly between the narrow chimney-like structure out of the enormous building. The light of the exit appeared almost like a bright star in the night sky, as you watch the overwhelming expanse of light expand around you with every bounding leap upwards.
Before long you find yourself atop the gigantic pyramid structure, the sun beginning to set in the sky indicated that something different and off was going on here. You had recalled it being around noon when you entered the pyramids, and not more than an hour would have passed already with the tour; you felt something off putting.

Look around
The bright outside light helped you realize that your body had changed drastically. The flesh on your arms and legs appeared sun-dried, and speckled with dark patches of skin. The heat didn’t seem to bother you as much as before, though you can still feel the sweltering sun beating down on your newly modified skin. Your body adjusts itself to the weight of the heavy counterbalance of a tail swaying behind you, you take a moment to try controlling your new appendage, yet in the heat of the moment you just take in the unbelievable view before you.
Not long after, your frightened eyes begin to focus on the amazing city of Cairo, your mind began to race in panic as you considered the possibilities before you.
The city appeared to be constructed of several ancient buildings, forged with less advanced methods; yet the society appeared way more advanced than what you had initially perceived. Once you fully took in your environment, you prematurely noticed that you’re standing on a scaffolding hung high up on the outside of a half constructed pyramid of Giza.
You nearly lose your balance as well as your mind when you lean your head wearily over the edge of the enormous sloped structures before you. Voices in the distance began to catch your ear, causing them to perk up at the sound of a nearby worker.
“Look over there!” he stuck out a broken piece of wood towards you as he beckoned workers from nearby over to join in viewing. Moments felt like centuries as you stood there, overwhelmed by the speed of this situation. You look around, seeking any kind of quick escape route in a nearly impossible situation. Once the guards had spotted you, your fate was sealed, and several others from the ground were even preparing for your pursuit.
They pelt small crackling bomb-like objects at you, disorienting your vision as you tried to take cover behind the small dilapidated wooden railing. You watched as long flat wooden boards were shoved between the short gaps between the scaffolding. Many men were taking turns trying to crawl their way towards you from their side of the structures.

Struggle
In the struggle, you successfully knock a couple of the guards down from the thick wooden beam as they clamber towards you. Sharp talons clawed the wood aggressively, attempting to hold tight to the smooth surface of the wood as their bodies are helplessly dragged downwards by the force of gravity.
Suddenly, you’re knocked off balance as the stray tool of a fallen worker snags the thick leathers of your belt. You cling for your life with all your limbs as he dangles below you, attempting to shake you loose from your tiny safe-zone. The tight force around your waist feels painful as the tight materials almost cut into your abdomen with the weight of the struggling man hoisted beneath you. Not after long he succeeds at his task, knocking you off balance, and separating you from the shattering scaffolding, falling apart in the air around you as you tumbled directly downwards.
Both you and the worker found yourselves sliding down the rough surface of the half-built pyramid structure. Dust formed in thick clouds around your feet as they drug against the crumbling sandstone; your paw pads provided enough cushion for you to glide down the steep wall without discomfort.
As you fall the guard struggles to disconnect his tool with your clothes, the fight continued as the two of you descended the great pyramid. You kick him from the hard surface of your leather belt, dislodging the pickaxe from the metal part holding tight to the rough steel of his pickaxe. With one final swift kick you free yourself from his grasp. The worker tumbles off the sharp edge of the pyramid, hitting the ground hard. His weapon clanged to the ground faster than the both of you; its metallic sounds distracted you, as you tried to regain your bearings during your rapid descent.
At the bottom of the pyramid, other workers begin to assemble, taking note of the commotion from above. The confused civilians crane their heads upwards to watch the two tumbling bodies sliding from the enormous structure from above, the dust shrouding their battered bodies as their figures were shrouded in copious amounts of debris bellowing in their wake.
Two nearby workers start preparing for your landing; they push nearby crates of hay around the edges as to catch your fall, helping to capture you as commanded. The hay kicked up as your slender sturdy body fell heavily onto the bottom of the wooden crate. You can hear them speaking amongst themselves outside of the bin, as their footsteps begin to circle in from around you. An array of gruff old male voices ring out all around you, the world spins as your head catches up with what just happened.
"I think that was her."
"Bastet?"
"Be careful, don’t go near!"
"I have something for her." You hear the rustling of rope, a loosely stitched quilt of fibers were thrown heavily against the wooden cart you landed in. The woven material made a dull thud against the arbor planks encasing you, as its pale tendrils stretched across the top of the hay crate. Anxiety forced your body to freeze as you saw multiple heads peeking over the edge of the crate. Black faces backlit against the beaming endless suns rays peered confused at you. Despite their faces being completely shrouded in shadows, you could tell by the harsh angular shapes of their faces how shocked they are to see you curled up in that crate.

Captured
They promptly and nervously bind your hands before walking you through the streets of Ancient Egypt, the towering prehistoric buildings were breathtaking, as you watched the flowering empire in its early days. You couldn’t help but feel excited as you watched the citizens turn their heads to face you as you trailed along the thin pathways of their residential neighborhoods.
As you were detained the only comfort you found yourself clinging to was the complete immersion in this forgotten culture; the colorful decorations adorning their houses, the patterned garbs of the residents hanging from clotheslines, even the games the children played in the street seemed to fascinate you, distracting you slightly from the awful unfolding reality. Your daydreaming is abruptly interrupted by the hoarse voices of the workers walking ahead of you, occasionally jerking you by your wrists to keep you at a similar pace. You can hear their comments shot quietly at each other.
"So we found her... Finally."
"Just right under our noses too"
"Yeah, guess thats why shes so special"
"Yeah well not anymore."
"Bigger they are the harder they fall"
You listen carefully as they talk, and from their chatter you deduce that you clearly must have had a rather notorious reputation if these people had that much to say about you. The hard rocks of the desert pavement cause your feet to ache after a long trek back from the massive structures. The guards lead you through thick reeds and shallow pools of crystal clear water, leading up to a courtyard filled with massive pillars decorated with colorful glyphs wrapping completely around the thick supports.
As you walk among the chatting workers you can't help but notice the pyramids as their half-built immaculate shape shrinks away into the horizon. Your pupils contracted into tiny slits as the sun beamed down on the slow moving figures in the distance, dwarfed by the great pyramids growing farther away.
The fear begins to grip you as you realized what had happened. You look to the surroundings, finding yourself among several other furry creatures of varying species and mixes. Paired with the shock of being transported centuries to the past, the beating in your chest began to almost drown out the mundane chatter of the locals. Your shock physically showed as you attempted to contain your flabbergasted expression behind shackled hands. The rough fingertips brushed against your elongated snout, you feel the wrinkles of skin on your muzzle and quickly realize you are no longer even human.
You feel the frightened expression grow across your muzzle as the realization hit you like a pile of bricks: you’ve become a sphinx cat. The leathery skin wrinkled as you ran your hands across your skull,

Pharaoh
"I guess this is what happens when you take your larping to the next level." You think to yourself as the two guards lead you into an immaculate palace. The towering pillars stretched far over your head and reached several meters high. Their carved cylindrical shapes worked as a sturdy thick-based support for the towering relief connecting the gigantic decorated stone.
Your mind raced as the guards led you into the spacious courtyard stationed directly in front of an opulent throne. Sitting atop the magnificent chair was a much larger and older lion. His dark brown mane blew in the dry desert winds; the slits of his pupils never broke contact with your own as you entered the belly of the beast.
The throne room was way larger than you could have imagined. Your weak bound wrists hung lazily in front of you as the guard yanked and jerked you forward. Trying not to stumble you keep your head held high in awe as you experienced the ancient capital at its golden ages firsthand. The palace was adorned with reeds growing from their artificial rivers carved through the dusty yellow sandstone.
"Sure beats the tour" you think to yourself, trying to make light out of this dark situation.
A heavy ball of ice sat in your anxious stomach as you were brought up before the pharaoh. The throne itself was gilded with a shiny reflective gold color, reflecting the pale in saturated yellows and sandy tan of the surrounding environment. Colorful gems of blue, red, and green adorn the throne. The gilded armrests held a set of muscular forearms set firmly against the smooth surface of the cut stone. Workers and servants made way for you, as you’re presented to their leader and pushed to your knees as you faced the towering seat.
Your heard almost seemed to jump out of your chest as you saw a familiar rucksack sat directly next to the decorated chair. Your mind begins to ponder new plans to escape, as it’d be way easier with the resources you’ve brought with you. In the opposite corner, another artifact caught your eye: A new costume. Sealed up in an ancient display case next to the throne. Suddenly the pharaoh regains your attention.
Sitting on the throne above you a magnificent lion whose mane was decorated with opulent jewellery, golden bracelets, and a thin white sheet of cloth, draped down over his shoulders. A tall magnificent bejeweled crown sat firmly atop his fluffy mane, sinking into its coarse hairs as it flattened the hair atop his head. And empty clay bowls, with a coating of a thick black substance dripping along its lining. Without a word he idly swings his head around to make sure he is alone with you, and his guards. The only sound in the acoustic hallway was the soft padded sounds of footpaws walking against the smooth tiled floors; the guards broke the silence.

Jail
"Pharaoh Aman! We have found the rogue sir!" barks one of two generals on either side of you, they released your tied arms from their tight vice grip
"Very good" he replies, you notice his growing interest upon entering the great hall. "Now leave us" he concludes.
The two guards tie your bound hands to a stake near the side of the throne room. Their footsteps grew distant as they left you alone with their mighty king. He forces his heavy body up from his sitting position and begins to approach you. The rank sweaty smell of his body fur mixed with the fermented tang of his breath as his mouth hung half open, panting heavily as he towers above you.
With a muscular hand he gently caresses your face. He grabbed your chin, forcing your slit eyes to once again meet his. When you noticed his gentle yet painful expression the fear began to melt away into a more analytical kind of curiosity. You jerked your head away aggressively to break eye contact with the opulent beast.
"Aaah my Bastet, still fiery as always." He said to you in a cold and serious tone before turning away from you and walking back towards his throne. The pharaoh loudly cleared his throat with a booming cough which echoed through the hard walls. "Of course I never figured Id see you here again after your betrayal. I had always thought you just completely disregarded our betrothal, the rights to all your land and titles," his calm relaxed voice started to grow into louder shouting. "You disregarded the love I gave you."
His breaking voice suddenly trailed off; he quickly composed himself. "You know, you were missed around here." He turns around to face you once again, looking down on you as he stood on the much higher throne platform. "And this is why I plan on granting you another chance, to live here in the palace with me." Your stomach began to churn as you listened to the mans monologuing.
The both of you merely looked at each other in silence, the tension in the air became thick enough to cut with a blade as the moments felt like centuries. "You can be allowed to live and serve in the palace as a slave, of course you wouldn’t be treated like those dirty street animals, but you would have to pledge your fealty to me and the kingdom." He looked down at you directly in the eye "you would have to serve at my will until the end of your life, and if I were to die you would get buried alive right alongside your king…." You watch as his eyes trail their way downward, checking out the defined curves of your body as he stepped even closer than before. "And if you choose not to, then you will be simply eliminated."
Your breathing began to speed up in fear, feeling trapped between a rock and a hard place, thinking about your life as a slave here wasn't easy for you to accept. Your hands began to shake as the words struggled to form in your throat. The lion pulled away swiftly, still watching your body as you stand there in your tattered clothing.
"I will give you a day to think about it." He said quietly in your direction. "Guards! Take her to the prison." He said much louder as he clapped his massive paws together, calling back the two guards from earlier. They rough you up as to intimidate you, though your demeanor remained calm.
You wanted to appear strong in the presence of the king, but when you returned to a dark and lonely cell you couldn’t help but baul your eyes out for hours as you pondered the terrible possibilities of your new life. Most of the day passed you by before you had suddenly remembered something.
"My bag" you said to yourself, remembering the tour guides words about your new souvenir. “Poison…” An image of your rucksack sat firmly next to the kings throne flashed in your head suddenly. "I wonder" you thought to yourself as you spent the rest of the night pondering an escape plan.

Back to the Pharoah
The following morning you were awoken by the thin bright slits of light shining in through the opening doors. Your eyes slowly adjusted to the sharp beams of sun through the cracked metal doors, the only things apparent to you were the backlit figures standing in the doorway. Your heart began to beat faster with every step they took closer to you. They roughly grabbed you by your arms
They lead you back into the throne room, the pillars continue to baffle you as the cold tile beneath your feet echoed endlessly through the winding hallways. The fountain bubbles in the distance, its sound growing louder as you approach the large clearing within the palace. The slits of your pupils retract as you emerge from the dark hallways.
Standing just beyond the doorway was the Pharaoh, he greeted you and his guards, almost immediately gesturing his court to leave.
“So have you thought about my offer?” He asked you, looming over you closer than yesterday. His arms trapped you beneath his muscular figure, his breath stank of the musty smell of fermented beverages. You peeked past him to see your rucksack in the same spot as yesterday. Tapping into your deepest larping skills, you force a gentle smile across your face as you gaze deeply into the pharaoh's golden slit eyes.
“Yes your majesty. I choose to serve you for the rest of my life.” Amen smiled grizzly rows of sharpened teeth. “I would love to serve you and rise to power as your slave queen, never to defy your rule again.” You walk closer to the throne, easing your way over to your bag, never breaking eye contact with the enormous pharaoh.
“Then prove it.” He says, quickly grabbing you by your thin wrists, the pink flesh wrinkles up with the force of his powerful grasp. This frightened you, the adrenaline pumped through your body as you watched his eyes undress you once again. “I think you know what to do next. Bastet.” He roughly let go, giving you one last stern stare. “Come.” he said as he began walking into the hallway.
Your agile body smoothly swept you over to your backpack, your memory as sharp as a tack, quickly whisking out your scarab coin purse in one swift motion, with your skinny dexterous tail. Just before he notices you fix your posture to appear unsuspicious, you watch as he turns to urge you into the room faster. He leads you into a room with beautifully colored silks hanging from the ceiling. The center of the room contained an enormous bed, circular, and with rich purple dyes.
“I’ll be back shortly.” He leaves you locked in the room unattended, “I expect you to be prepared by then.” The both of you look over to the corner of the room, containing a small assortment of skimpy clothing. Your stomach sinks as you replay your plan in your head, hoping that everything goes as smoothly as you had expected, unless you may become more familiar with that assortment than you felt comfortable with.
King leaves the room, slamming the door with a mighty swing on the way out. You instantly search your tattered pockets for your artifact to find that the scarab beetle is now sticky and covered with a thick sap. In a quick moment of struggling, you finally open the air-tight seal of your locket. Inside, the flower from earlier, covered in the thick resin.

Wait
Immediately after, you locate the king’s beer bowl, filled with the thick aromatic alcohol from earlier. You look around, searching for something hard to crush the seeds against. Instantly, you look to the tan brick walls of the palace, and crush the tiny hard balls into the wall with your thumb, letting out a pungent smelling liquid. You quickly pour the substance into the ancient beer. With a quick stir, you mix it well enough to go undetected in the black tar-like drink. You anxiously mix the thick brown mixture over the crushed seeds within before preparing yourself fully to enter the room behind him.
You can hear his footsteps as he approaches his bedroom door. Your stomach begins to drop as you feel the skimpy clothes hanging loosely on your revealed body, the opulent silks tickled your sensitive bare skin. The anxiety churns your stomach as you dread yourself being seen in this by someone like the pharaoh. A sliver of light expands as you watch the door swing open on its hinges and you watch as the pharaoh emerges, shirtless, and wrapped in a towel.
"Bastet, come" the kings booming voice echoed through his massive chambers. You reluctantly walk forward, disgusted with yourself, you understand you need to play the part in order to make it out alive.
"Yes my dear" you reply, bringing him his ancient beer. You skillfully remained unaffected by your treacherous plan, only trying to play the part and survive. "Here is your special drink my love" you continued.
Your mind knows nothing of the relationship you may have had with the king, though you can tell by his response that your presence brought him an untold kind of satisfaction. His intent was clear as he reached out his massive clawed hand to grab you firmly around your waist. His gripping hands wrapped around your slender frame, pulling you forcefully closer against his sweaty musty fur.
"Bastet we must celebrate your return my love. Now that you've finally accepted my forgiveness, you can return to your old life back in the palace." He takes a sip of his drink between his monologues. "Ever since you betrayed me, things just haven’t been the same around here..." his speech slowly became slurred and unnatural as his breaths grew more labored with every passing moment. “You never… Ne-Nev…”
You watch in silence as he tries to continue, gulping down more of the thick dark liquid to wash away his coughing, to no avail. Coughing up the black fluids, he struggled to get each swallow of the beer down, reaching and gesturing at you to fetch another thing for him to drink. His pupils shrank as he felt his body begin to shut down. Your cold slit eyes met his as he stumbled forward, reaching at you for support.
The tile beneath you made a quiet sound as you gently took a step backwards to avoid his grasp as he fell to his knees in front of you. In an instant he realized what's going on; the king curses to the best of his ability as his throat swells, asphyxiating him to death on the floor. Small trails of vomit flowed from his mouth as his twitching body is choked of its life before your eyes.

Costume
The silence of your room is almost deafening as the harsh reality set in. You anxiously await nothing in particular as your body shakes, watching the sight of the dead king before you. In an instant you remember your purpose: the costume, its opulent display in the throne room, and the delicate display encasing its thinly stitched fabrics.
You quickly make your way back to the throne room, your mind retracing the haphazard map of the palace in your head, slipping past every idle guard you see with skill and catlike agility. Every pace seemed to go by so slowly in your head while you try to remain focused from your distracted mind.
Upon entering the large room you see your prize set up in its display near the throne. Looking around, you quickly run to the opposite side of the room to grab your rucksack, before trailing along the wall even more quietly to reach the sealed display case containing the new outfit. Your delicate hands worked your prize gently out of its display, before haphazardly shoving it in your bag.
“I guess I’m technically a grave robber now.” you think to yourself as you stealthily
glance around the room one last time for your final escape. The enormous pillars before you stretched far down long thin hallways within the palace. The colors a palette of warm hues, oranges, yellows, and the occasional blue contrasted highlights, which made the dull unsaturated hues pop even more against the enormous slabs of carved rock.
You escape through an open window through the side of the palace; your sensitive ears caught the distant footsteps of guards approaching from the main entrance. The saturated red hues of the sunlight shone glowing orange colors onto your bright hairless skin. Your bag clutched tightly to your chest as muscular hind legs carried you rapidly through the desert and into the safety of the bushes to begin your next adventure.

The end (for now)
