When they are both on you hear a voice
"Normally you wouldn't be able to touch these shoes as you would go through it. This is due to the fact that your still in the week lock for your costume.

 

However as this would most likely make you die a painful death you can use these to upgrade your fire resistance(as your only half red dragon) to fire immunity"
